Thomas Panczer has recently been elected to the Board of Directors for two organizations:

 

Tom was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Associated General Contractors of Connecticut (AGC/CT), which represents commercial, industrial, and institutional construction contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and professionals serving the building construction industry.

He has also been named a member of the Board of Directors of First Tee, a non-profit organization that teaches children life skills through the game of golf.
