​Tom carries on as the fourth generation of BBE's family-owned operations. In his role, he interfaces on issues focused on risk assessment, operational effectiveness, project oversight, quality, human resources, and client satisfaction. Tom joined BBE in 1994 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2017.

Tom's leadership approach is responsive and hands-on, and he is deeply committed to our clients and staff, who often see him pop up on our construction sites to fully immerse himself into our teams and projects. Under Tom's leadership, the firm has continued to grow steadily to one of the most successful construction management firms in Connecticut with world class construction site safety, workforce development and management practices. His efforts have led the company to being recognized as a top workplace. 

During his career, Tom has led major projects with clients including: CVS/Aetna, Yale University, Travelers, Stanley Black and Decker and The Hartford. Tom is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Finance, and the Widener University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate.
