Noal spent the first decade of his career as an architect with a construction focus. When he joined BBE in 2000, he quickly demonstrated strong project engineering and project management skills, as well as an exceptional ability to take care of our customers. Noal also brings a deep commitment to BBE's core values and has built a reputation as a strong leader who tackles complex business challenges with strategic and people-centric solutions. His experience consists of a wide variety of manufacturing, education, and corporate workplace projects.

Noal's career includes major assignments with the Capital Region Education Council (CREC); TRUMPF USA; Avon Old Farms School, and The Hartford Insurance Group.
