As BBE’s Vice President of Estimating, Gerry leads BBE’s preconstruction efforts and all phases of pricing activities. Gerry has been with the firm since 1987 and is a passionate, trusted advocate who provides excellent service to our clients. His collaborative and strategic approach builds trust within our teams early in the process and sets projects up for success while making the best value decisions. Gerry continuously refines BBE’s processes to push us ever-forward in accuracy, eliminate surprises, and consistently deliver projects on time and on budget.

His responsibilities include estimating competitively bid projects, sourcing qualified subcontractors, and staying alert to construction cost data and market trends so BBE can counsel on when to buy what and when.
