BBE and Real Art Ways celebrated the groundbreaking for the major expansion of its Parkville arts center.

Construction will begin onsite in earnest during Q1 2026 for this $16 million renovation and addition for Hartford nonprofit, Real Art Ways. Led by our talented Project Executive, John Ruggiero, the project includes 8,000 square feet of new space, renovations to the existing facility, a new roof, and a new elevator. Construction is slated to take approximately 12 months. Stay tuned for updates as this exciting project continues to take shape!
