BBE would like to give a warm welcome to Caroline Olis (left), Project Accountant, and Samirah Alexander (right), Communications Intern.

Samirah is a Junior at the University of Connecticut, studying communications. BBE's internship will provide Samirah with knowledge and first-hand experience that is beneficial for a future career in Marketing and Communications, specifically within the field of construction.

Samirah has expressed a passion for communications and marketing because of her love for creativity and being able to connect with others. Samirah says "I am very excited for the opportunity to get a glimpse at what my future career could look like. I have already learned so much and I cannot wait to see what else BBE has to offer."

Caroline Olis is our new Project Accountant. Caroline decided to pursue a career in construction because it is constantly creating an opportunity to learn something new. Caroline says "It is exciting to be a part of an industry that always has, and will continue to positively impact the communities around us."

Caroline brings a vast knowledge of accounting and budget management to BBE. In her short time here, she has proven to be a valuable member of our team!
